That employees were very nice and helpful, & management was very nice and helpful I needed help with checking in because my ID was stolen from me and manager made sure I got to check in and went the extra mile to help I give 10 Stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 this hotel was wonderful I had the best sleep, breakfast.my favorite was the tv and shower and comfortable bed.. ..I will be back soon....

I like the welcome from the staff and they were always smiling when they talked to me. The amenities were great. Being greeted with my name on the big screen tv in my room was amazing. The breakfast was friendly of allergies and was fresh made to order. Beautiful clean room. It was a great price for the value.

Very clean and spacious room with views of icon park, lovely new bathroom, nice breakfast, fresh eggs, great location on the trolley line, lovely place to stay. Bonus that they didn't use plastic plates and bowls like most US hotels (environment)
